• Orders paid in cash may not be eligible for refunds, but alternative solutions can be discussed with our team.

Non-Cancellable Items

• Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be canceled.
• Special or custom orders (e.g., catering requests) may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

Changes to Orders

If you need to modify your order instead of canceling, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been prepared or dispatched.
